Very disappointed

I bought this paper pack and was so disappointed with the colors- my dot papers were not inside and since I already take the taped sides off Hobby Lobby would not refund me my money. So crazy me purchases the "Back to Basics" pack and same thing red looks like rust and the turquoise was more of a navy blue color and lime green was more of a leaf green not at all what I wanted. i will stick to buying individual scrapbook papers I guess.

Disappointed in cutting

I was excited about this paper but its composition is such that it will not cut without tearing when using it with a Cricut cutting machine. I tried replacing the blade and the mat ... no go :( I wish they would bring back the original "the basics" pack.

Disappointed in colors and patterns

Disappointed in some of the colors. Brown is really dark grey. Pink and Rose colors aren't bad. Plum not bad. Bright Blue, Turqois, Lime green, Gold are pretty much as pictured. Orange is more rust colored. Red is more of a rusty orange color. VERY disappointed in the patterns! I ordered this pack specifically for the gingham pattern and there isn't any gingham at all! The other pattern I was looking for is the colored with the white dots and there are NONE of those! I would NOT order this again! What happened to red? Why is it so hard to get red paper any more?

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
