They're selling garbage

Please save your money. These are horrible! I bought two thinking they had glass in them and they dont just this flimsy cardboard and nothing to cover you scrapbook page. The wood is definitely unfinished. It looks like a beaver chewed this frame out. There is slivers pointing out all over the frame!!! Not to mention my luck i bought them online and they don't allow returns on online purchases. Gee I couldn't possibly think of why not :/ Save your money do not buy these. A small child could have made them better in shop class. There is another site that gives you the glass, it's called "get smart products" cause come on I'm paying 12.00 plus shipping on a dollars worth of wood i could have made myself and it would look a million times better. If it was up to me, and I tried I'd give it no stars.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited shipping for merchandise or a gift card order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
