I ordered two of these boxes which came in today. I commend Hobby Lobby (Alicia) for the packaging!! Wonderful job. I was afraid the glass would be broken. It seems when a package is marked "Fragile" the shipping company tends to throw them! But Alicia made sure they could throw it and it remain intact! I only have one issue with the box. It is not a front load as the description states which is going to cause me some difficulty with my project. I'll figure it out though because I do love the look of the box but I was strictly looking for front loads. The back comes off like any standard picture frame with the little tabs. Thank you HL for the awesome shipping job! For a back load it is a wonderful box and would get 5 stars but since the description is faulty I have to give it 3 stars.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
