Beautiful Cake Plate, Terrible Delivery Service

I'm giving this cake plateau 5 stars because I am very pleased with its quality and price. It's definitely heavy gauge metal and seems sturdy enough to hold a 4 tier wedding cake without any problems. I was disappointed, however, that it arrived with a huge dent in the top and a caved in side. Unfortunately, I need it for my friend's wedding this weekend, so I don't have time to return it and wait for a replacement. I know I should have opened it as soon as it arrived, especially since the box had some damage. Live and learn, I guess. Lucky for me, my husband is a blacksmith and was able to repair it enough that I can still use it. The bad news is that the hammering to smooth the dent on the top and round the edge caused the finish to flake off. While the item itself gets 5 stars, I give delivery company with the brown trucks who shipped this item 0 stars.

Quality Stand

Bought this one - it is very, very nice! Like the other reviewers this is a great cake stand, sturdy and elegant - I too, look forward to larger sizes and square shapes; as I am always helping my friends getting married. This is a great buy.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
