Slips apart too easily

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but my chain slips apart with just a gentle tug on the chain. Not a very good design if I have to worry about it coming apart all the time!

I was really confused on how to open this and would like to thank Sheila for helping. I too would have returned this to the store until I read what Sheila wrote. I can't believe that there were no instructions on the package!

If you are Confused ??

Hi, I was confused at first about how to open the necklace, but I figured it out, you hold on to the little silver bar, and gently pull the chain out of it, the chain fits inside of it like an ear wire would fit in a small rubber tube, when you pull out the chain, you will see a small rubber tube inside the round silver bar/clasp. Be sure not to pull on the end with the tiny ring, I tried that and about broke it.!!! LOL!! It is a very tiny end on the chain, so you can fit beads and pendants with small openings on it. I hope that helps anyone that is confused with this. :)

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
