Great looking cake but takes longer than usual
The cake turned out perfectly, looked great and tasted great. The only problem was that it took longer than expected to bake. I baked it at a lower temperature (325 degrees), however after 30-35 minutes, the middle was still liquidy while the outside was done. I continued to bake at 5-10 min intervals. After about an extra 30 minutes (1 hr total), it was finally done on the inside, and luckily the outside wasn't burned or too dry.
