Terrible product

I bought Gallery Glass Window Etch to etch glass. Although it was located on the shelf with Armour Etch and other glass etching products, it turns out it's a faux etch and does not even look etched when done. I love Hobby Lobby but I think they should pull this one from their shelves.

Sketchy not etchy

This does nothing but smear across like glue. I would have done better if I would have purchased Elmer's glue and tried to etch glass with it.

Worthless!

My intentions were to etch glass, however through experimentation I found that your product does not etch glass at all. The bottle offers little in terms of directions or a description. One would assume that a product entitled "etching medium" would in fact etch things. Secondly when I attempted to use your product as paint instead, as I'm assuming its intended to be used, it failed to meet my expectations as well. When using the product with a stencil it peeled off with the stencil instead of sticking to the glass, and those areas that did stick were not distinguishable.I contacted customer support and they did not seem to care at all. Last product I will buy from them! Use Armour Etch for etching needs!

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
