nice stand, loved it

I got a lot of compliments on this at my son's graduation. Only problem is the box didn't close tightly and two of the extenders were missing the next time is needed it. Is there a way to order parts?

the perfect tool

The coiled holders can be adjusted deeper to fit your needs. There is a small "wrench" tool to tighted the whole holder. Very sturdy, holds cupcakes in place. You could put tulling or flowers toward the center of each layer. Went back and bought a second one.

It's pretty and stores away in the box nice, but when you have cupcakes on it and someone walks by they fall off since the cupcake holders are shallow so be careful of that. Holds alot of cupcakes!

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or 1st class mail and can take up to several weeks to arrive.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
