The Knook Kit is a beginner set that features the Knook, a specialized crochet hook that replaced traditional knitting needles. There will be no more dropped stitches to chase after because a cord is threaded through the bamboo Knook handle keeping them secure.

This beginner set is for medium weight yarn and includes:

Three Knook needles (4.0mm, 5.0mm & 5.5mm)
Three 36" long cords
How-to-Knook instruction book with step-by-step beginner instructions featuring photos for right-handed and left- handed stitchers

Book also includes 4 beginner patterns; for an infinity scarf; a spa cloth; a baby blanket; and a lap throw.

Poorly made

I brought these when the store first opened in Hagerstown. I tried them out as soon as I got home, there are so many steps. You are better off just knitting something. The hooks themselves are a piece of crap. The first one I used broke. The second one broke after I used it for an hour. Buy a new set and some yarn instead of this. Save your money.

Fun and easy

I love this product. I just wish there were more hook sizes. I prefer knit fabric to crochet and I know both skills. I really get sore hands when I use knitting needles and I just completed a wash cloth without any pain. The hooks are warm and the yarn moves over them easily. The hook end is pointed just enough to push through the stitch with ease. With cotton yarn I only split a couple of stitches. Easy to fix errors. I don't like the purl cotton cords much but I think it's because they are short. I'm going to replace them. And I hope they come out with new sizes for the hooks both smaller and bigger for socks to Afghans. I'm very excited about this and wish I had learned it years ago!

We do not accept International orders online.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
