Don't waste your money TOTAL JUNK

I bought this kit in store when it was 50% off thinking I was getting a great deal. My very basic grommet setter had broken that day and I was so excited to find one I could take home and use immediately rather than have to wait for an online purchase to be delivered.Plus this one had a fancier handle and looked more substantial than my old plier set. Flat out, this plier set is a PIECE OF JUNK. My very first eyelet I tried to set bent in a really weird way and then I proceeded to waste 10 eyelets that didn't crimp all the way down. I tried rotating the tool and pressing twice but that didn't help either. I had been setting eyelets ALL DAY with a little $4 jobbie off of the internet that lasted me a good 2 years before it kicked the bucket so I know how to set these things. I came online to see other reviews to see if I wanted to get my money back or trade it for another one in store. Wish I had read the reviews before!

Yikes!!!

I'm certainly not above missing the obvious, but there's nothing "obvious" about this tool. I thought I was going crazy until I went online to see what may have been missing from this kit which by the way had been returned by someone else. Being an understanding type of guy I was simply going to exchange it. But after reading the reviews I know I;m not nuts and that the tool is junk. They really need to provide a "-" type rating on the website.

Worst Product EVER!!!

These do NOT work at all...in fact, the instructions don't even make any sense & the extra tool the directions mention aren't event in the package. I hope they take returns on open items because this is the biggest waste of $20 I've ever spent! :( They don't even deserve a half star rating!

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
