This plastic 8" x 8" White Lap Frame is a sturdy, lightweight alternative to embroidery hoops, stretcher bars, tapestry roller frames and more.

Overall okay experience

At first I mistook these for Q-Snaps, but they are not interchangeable. The dimensions are the working dimension, not to the outsides of the frame as Q-Snaps are. There's a plus. And the clamps are very tight, so I get pretty excellent fabric tension for my cross stitching. They are a female dog and a half to put together, I have the 11inch set and 2 8 inch squares.. and had to hold one side down on the floor to push the pieces together. When I take the clamps of (severe prying action required) there are lines/creases where the edges of the clamp went. Pretty sure those will go away but I've started putting felt under the clamps to be sure. But I'd recommend you go with Q-Snaps if you need even tension even at the corners (as the picture shows the clamps are shorter than the exposed frame area) or need to customize your frame size (more options plus they have extension frames). I had to buy a whole new set of qsnaps for that reason, because I'm beading a 14x18ish project and can't clamp over the beads, and because the seweasy frame does not interchange with them. Hope this helps someone.

Does not interchange with my Q Snap Frames.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
