Just trying to make balloon ninja swords

Does inflate ballons, but takes a LONG time!

I was nervous after reading the previous review, but this was cheap so I bought it anyway. When I first attempted to inflate the balloon, it did nothing. I checked the balloon over for leaks and tried to figure out where the air was going. I even made sure the pump was pumping air. After several tries, it finally began to inflate. It did take some arm strength, but it did eventually work. This product does do what it is supposed to, but requires a lot of work on your part. For the price, I will gladly use this instead of killing myself attempting to blow up balloons. But if you want something quick and simple and can afford paying more, I would find something different.

Bad

Do not buy this for balloon animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It won't inflate in the slightest!!!!

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
