This Beachside Bungalow Dollhouse Kit has five rooms and measures about 27 1/2" wide x 19 1/4" deep x 26 1/2" tall with chimney.

The sturdy construction features clapboards milled directly into 1/4" thick MDF and 3/8" thick dividers and upper floor.

The grooved sidewalls make for easy assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. There are outstanding details including:

brackets
railings
rafter ends
porch posts
and much more!

The dollhouse kit includes easy-to-follow, step by step assembly instructions with expertly drafted illustrations.

so cute

this house is so cute, and i had so much fun building it. It took me a few months but I didn't work on it very hard all the time, but it looks wonderful. And I want to build another one.

Liked it a lot

This was my second house. The house is well built and can stand up to play. The directions and the website make it easy to put together. I did not really like the layout of the house though. I ended up putting the kitchen on the side with the stairs so made it kind of hard to place the furniture in it. I noticed on Real Good Toys website, they have changed it some and made it a little bigger. I don't want to build another house with so many shingles though! I thought I would never get done! LOL Can't wait to build another house. Getting some gift cards for Christmas-Hobby Lobby here I come!

Building

I built 5 of these dollhouse, it take time to build, paint, wallpaper, carpet, and wooden floor. It construction is excellent. Strongly recommended. Everything is in pieces.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
