Horrible

awful!!!! the bead release continues to not work and the glass continues to break. worst waste of money. dont buy this!!!!!!!

great beginnings

This set contains all things needed to get your "feet wet" when it comes to beadmaking. Great for a novice that would have trouble finding all things needed to get started. I am considering getting another set just to get all the items again as they are very handy and a good price when you find it on sale. Bead release needs a bit of getting used to, but now that is all I use. one dip in the jar is plenty. Slowly warm it up to a glow and you're good to go. I find that soaking the rods with completed beads (totally cooled off) in a jar of water for a few minutes makes the beads easier to remove.

great beginner kit for the price

I'm a HS art teacher and bought 4 of these kits for my classes. They have everything you need to get started. I have, of course, added things over the last 3 years but they have held up to a lot of abuse and a lot of use!! Fireworks is good too about replacing things. When a torch head went bad I called them and they sent a new one, no questions asked. My only complaint is the bead release. I prefer flame dry release and purchased my own Fusion Products International Bead Separator. It's the best!! The release that comes with the kit cracks and pops off if not completely dry and/or the beads fuse to the rods and is altogether frustrating to use. Otherwise this a great kit if you are just giving glass beadmaking a try and don't want to invest a lot of money.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
