Tricky to use
The template on the Hobby Lobby website for this product is a joke. It does not work at all.
I measured the required spacing using a ruler on one of the blank cards. Then I aligned the numbers in a text box in the center of a document at the appropriate height in MS Word 2010. I rotated another text box for the opposite side of the card.
I taped the card to a piece of regular printer paper with masking tape. I taped it centered on the sheet of paper because I had centered the numbers on the word document.
I have a Kodak ESP Office 2150 printer ($100 from Walmart, all-in-one type). I set the printer to "best" quality and set the paper type to "normal".
Using this method, I was able to print on these cards successfully.
I think they are worth the $2 we paid for them! They turned out okay after figuring out how to use them!
