Liquid leaf is a decent product line. I found the classic gold to be closer to copper than a true gold. It a great deal warmer in color and doesn't reflect light as well as other gold leaf products. It also requires several coats which can be really inconvenient. If you plan to use it on a porous material (ie. wood, paper, etc) the product bleeds really easily, and it doesn't bleed with the gold but rather with the red medium it's mixed with. It does fine on top of paint (I used it on acrylic) and on top of gessoed paper. It's a decent product, I'd buy it again. Just be conscious of what you're using it for and definitely use it in a ventilated room.
