Not As Advertised

The original description of this item is completely false, so make sure that you know what you are getting. When I ordered, it clearly listed 1400 labels, and specifically mentioned that it had all numbers for embroidery floss, light effects, color variations floss, pearl cotton sizes 3 & 5, linen floss, and rayon floss. What I received included only 640 labels for some (not even all) of the original basic floss colors, and none whatsoever for any of the other flosses. Although many of these blank stickers, the paper surface is so slick and shiny that you cannot write on it; even a fine-tip permanent marker smears badly. I called, and the customer service representative went to the warehouse herself and said that they had two large boxes of the old 640-count sticker packs, but none like the one described. Ignore the description; it does not even include all their current plain floss colors.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
