It doesn't ruin walls;it doesn't stick, that's why
I was excited to see a product that I could use to hang things in my classroom without damage to the walls or student work. Only one side of this tape has adhesive. The way it (supposedly) works is by cutting the amount you need off, and then twisting it making the sticky side all along the sucker stick-like shape you just created. If you look closely at the image it shows it twisting. The problems are: items are not hung flush to the wall, and it just doesn't hold. I hung lightweight 12 x 12 card stock. It was just the paper with words printed on it by my printer. I attached it to the cleaned wall using 3-4" strips in each corner and one in the center. The paper fell within 5 minutes! I tried a smaller object and I got the same result. I now own a nearly full roll of thick white tape that doesn't adhere to anything. I can see how they can claim it doesn't ruin walls. It doesn't stick to them in the first place!
