Simple

I have slightly textured walls and was afraid that the stickers wouldn't adhere to my wall as well as they would on smooth walls. But I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they stick but it looks great on the wall! The application was sooo much easier than some of the others I have dealt with. I had bought 2 other different vinyl wall quotes from this company and I am so glad I did.

Letters fall off wall

It was very easy to do, but an hour later, the letters started to lift up from the wall and would not stick. Too bad, because they look quite nice.

falling letters

The letters started falling off the night after the letters were hung. I have slightly textured walls and have vinyl letters in all of my rooms. This is the first time I had purchased from this company and have never had a problem from any other company. I have tried to reapply the letters, but it is a lost cause. Very disappointing.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
