• Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. The method of delivery is determined by the size and weight of the package and is selected at the time the order is shipped.
• Shipping charges are determined by the sub-total of your order

We have a 2-3 day in-house process.  There will be an additional 1-7 days for delivery.

**During peak Holiday Seasons (Mother's Day & Christmas) it can take an additional 1-2 business days to get your order shipped. 

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO & PO Boxes

• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post
• Shipping charges are determined by the sub-total of your order
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or 1st class mail and can take up to several weeks to arrive.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship.  International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts.  All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited shipping for merchandise or a gift card order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275.  Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

• Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
• Items returned must be in sellable condition.  Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
• If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s). 
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
• You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax.  Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.

Exchanging Items

If you wish to exchange an item(s) you ordered for a new one:

• Place an order online for the new item(s).
• Return the unwanted item(s) to us for a refund.
