Removed black sharpie ink from light ivory pants after working on it 2-3 times for a few days. All gone. Works on blood, tomato and cheese sause too. Also has a wrinkle remover that is excellent but HL does not carry at this time.

Grandma's Spot Remover

We just returned from a vacation. While laundrying our clothes, I discovered a balpoint pin in the washing machine which had been cleaned with the clothes. The pin had leeked out but I was lucky that ink was only on one dark shirt, but was only in one place, the cuff. I tried anything and everything with no results. Then I remembered buying Grandma's Spot Remover at your store months ago. I tried it and was amazed that it worked. The ink had soaked down through three layers of fabric, so it took a lot of product and rubbering to get the remover worked in through the layers, but it all came out. Now this product will be a must to keep stocked in my laundry room. Thanks for introducing me to this product and saving a brand new shirt.....Karen G.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or 1st class mail and can take up to several weeks to arrive.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
