Great Product!

I got these because I have never been able to get the cardboard method to work. I love them! They are easier than other brands of pom pom maker I have tried. I now make a variety of pom pom products to raise funds for my local house rabbit rescue. The instructions were not very comprehensive, but after watching a how-to video on YouTube I had no issue coordinating the 2 halves. My only complaint is that the little white clasps can pop off easily, and I did have one loom (the big blue one) break when it took a fall onto a hard surface. Overall, though, I am very happy with this product and love how I can make consistently sized pom poms in minutes.

impossible

I bought this pom pom maker with clear instructions on the back. what they don't show is that it's completely IMPOSSIBLE to hold the pieces together, wrap yarn around, then close into a circle. also, this is made of very cheap plastic and I'm surprised that mine hasn't snapped in pieces while trying to accomplish making a pom pom. a piece of cardboard makes a better pom pom.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
