I came up with the proper dimensions to get the labels to print properly: In Microsoft Word, in your labels wizard/tool, you need to make a custom label. The top margin should be 0.31", Side margin: 0.19", Vertical pitch 1", Horizontal pitch 2.75", Label Height 1", Label width 2.63", Number across 3, Number down 10. Now, when INSIDE your label right click and go to Paragraph. You need to set the "Left Indentation" to 1" so that your address will print past the zebra design. Using those numbers in your label maker SHOULD work for these labels. Once I did that, I did print them on a test sheet of paper and line it up before I printed. It did take a little work, but they turned out and ended up being exactly what I wanted when I purchased them. I do think they should come with a template, but they still are a fairly good value if you can figure out how to use them.
