Great pan, VERY sharp edges!
I would recommend these pans with a caveat.
The pans themselves are sturdy, and I had no issues with cakes sticking to these pans using baking spray.
The problem is, the edge around the rim of these pans are VERY sharp. They are not finished very well. If they had the "folded over" rim's, like the small round pan from this manufacturer has, they would be perfect.
I cut my hands quite badly on the initial "before use" washing.
Other than that, they are great little pans.
( I will be expressing my concerns about the design of these pans with the manufacturer.)
