Now you can duplicate figurines, sculptures and other items with safe, brushable latex rubber.

Mold Builder will not stick to metal, clay, ceramics, plaster, wood or polymer clay -- however some items should be sealed first with resin spray or acrylic lacquer.

Mold Builder molds are durable, reusable, and economical to make. The molds you make from Mold Builder can be used to cast paper, plaster, candle wax, soap, casting resin or casting epoxy.

Each container has 16-ounces.

Danger: Contains ammonia. Repeated eye contact may cause blindness. Contact may cause permanent eye damage.

Weather proofing a switch

I used this to make a new rubber switch cover on my flashlight. I rounded the end of a new round pencil, placed a tight fitting rubber washer on it approximately 1/8 inch down, then applied hot glue to the back of the washer to create the flange. When the glue was cool I removed the washer and dipped the exposed end of the pencil into the mold builder, tapped it lightly to get the air bubbles out and stood it in a vertical position to dry. After six hours I applied the second and final coat. When finished the new gray cover peeled off the pecil easily by loosening the flange and rolling it. It came off inside out but it inverted without harm.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
