Nice idea, bad design.

I bought 7 of these and of the 5 I've opened, 3 have broken. The little metal release tab on the frame has broken right off in one bend. Too bad you HAVE to adjust it twice just to get it opened and closed to make a necklace. That's assuming you don't mess up at all and need to reopen the frame. I tried so hard not to break the tab especially after seeing how easily it broke on the first one....still no luck. Way too flimsy. I purchased a bronze one also, however it didn't seem near as flimsy. Maybe the bronze coating gave it a little strength? Since I already had the pendants designed, I am going to try to place a drop of super glue where the tab broke off just to see if I can salvage the frame at all. Purchase at your own risk. I don't have time to return mine since I purchased them for Valentine's Day necklaces and V-day is tomorrow! Whoops!

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
