Prismacolor Art Pencils are an artists' quality, popular colored pencil. They have soft, thick leads and high quality pigments for rich color saturation. They're unmatched in brilliance, point strength and blending quality.

Their permanent pigments in wax binder resist fading, and due to a special bonding process, they also resist crumbling. The round cedar wood case is finished to match lead color.

Is it worth it

If you're a person who's alright with collecting color pencils. I recommend you don't read my review.I bet you're wandering are these separate color pencils worth it. If you're an artist or a person who loves to color. I recommend you get these pencil if you have no other choice, and what i mean by that is that these are good separate pencils, but there prices are highway robbery. The only reason I pay two dollars for a single pencil is because I have over 80 color pencils, and i don't feel like buying a pack of 12 or more color pencils to get one specific color. In my opinion if you have over thirty color pencils i recommend you think of buying separate color pencils instead of buying packs that seem to give you a good deal, because as time passes by, those color pencils will add up. Quick fun fact. I looked up these pencils. there's nothing special about them. P.S. I don't want to pay an online shipping fee to get a single pencil. Unless i have no choice.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
