Doesn't wipe.

My daughter received two of these "wipe"off" books for her birthday, along with a package of dry-erase markers. The problem is that they don't actually wipe off. I didn't notice that she used the book right away and it sat overnight without being wiped. The next day, I could not get the marks off at all. I even tried with glass cleaner, and no luck. Some of the marks remain no matter what.

It will wipe off if you wipe it right after it's written, but seriously, I don't know any four year old that would be very happy if you wipe their work away the moment they complete it, do you?

I'm going to try a magic eraser and see if that will take the marks off. If I had known it didn't wipe off easily I would have returned both books right away and gotten something she'd be more interested in.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
