Good Price, Subpar Quality
I built this for a high school project (English class, don't ask) and I have done quite a bit of woodcraft, but although the price was reasonable, the walls in particular are really hard to stick together, as I needed packaging tape to hold everything because the wood was so warped that it wouldn't hold. If you're building this for a child, prepare to be frustrated. If you're building this with a child, prepare to be even more frustrated. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because I had a really good coupon and got it for about $15, even though I had to drive over an hour to the Hobby Lobby (I don't live in a small town, it's just that we just have AC Moore, Michael's and Joann's). But the Hobby Lobby is magical, I mean my mother spent over two hours in the store. Again, not an easy dollhouse to build, you might have to make some of your own parts, so I would recommend trying to fit everything before trying to build it with a child.
