I've built this model about three times since 1976; enjoyed it each time. I'm thinking about doing another one, as the last one was finished late last year. The kit is based on the P-61 at Wright Patterson, but the decals are for other versions, which have some air-frame differences (from the Ohio version). The plastic windows are tricky, and the front gunner right side window is to small for the space it should fill (very bad fit). Abundant resources are available, and support the extensive and pleasing detail in the kit. The nose radar must be covered because detail there suffers badly. Again, its a fun model I am thinking about building again. This post is through my Wife's site, as She places all my internet orders.
