What a mess!

First round and the rocks wore a hole in the barrel making a muddy mess. We followed instructions to the letter, so I'm guessing using plastic for a barrel is not a good idea. Also, the instructions warn that if you turn the tumbler off and do not get the rocks out that the contents will turn into a cement like cake. If this is true, then why did they put a timer shut-off to automatically turn the thing off even if you are not in the room. Noise was not an issue. We just put it on a pillow (ruined) and another pillow on top (ruined) to keep the noise down. There was no heat coming off this unit so I wasn't too worried about a fire. Either way, don't waste your money. This "toy" doesn't even get through the first round. You have been warned.

Don't waste your money

Bought this for a Christmas gift. It didn't even make it through one complete cycle of rocks. The plastic barrel had holes worn in it. Too bad there's nothing else available under $150 that doesn't have a plastic barrel.

Not a good product

Very noisy. Not only is the tumbler noisy but the belt made an awful noise. A real waste of money and disappointing for our 6 year old when we couldn't use it because it was to noisy, event in another room with the door closed.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
