Wake up your wardrobe, revive a faded top or brighten some cushion covers with color, ease and permanent results you'll be proud of with Tulip Royal Blue Permanent Fabric Dye. It's easy to use and perfect for one-color dyeing and re-dyeing. It's suitable for all 100% natural fabrics, including cotton, linen, ramie and rayon. Wool, silk and polyester/cotton mixes will dye to lighter shades depending on the percentage of natural fibers. Pure polyester, acrylic, nylon and special finish fabrics are not recommended for dyeing.

Royal Blue

Used this for my first time dying any material; followed the directions to a T. All together I'm pretty pleased with it! (The only thing is after washing it a couple of times, it became a lighter blue than I was hoping for, and had a slightly purple-ish tinge.) So it's not exactly what I'd call a royal blue. Other than that though, it dyed evenly, so I'll give it four stars!

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
