Amazing

This is a awsome gift. It comes with all of this for a really good price. It something that is fun keeps you busy without watching TV, playing video games and ect. The only thing is just watch were you use it because you can make a serious mess with the sand, but would be your fault. This is a great party activty for all ages, and a nice memory to keep. I definetly reccomend.

Not very good

Recommend: Yes

It was a diaster

My daughter loved to do this but when she got to the picture frame She filled It up but when she got done all the sand fell out she was very upset we tried popping it back in back it just popped back out what a disaster please fix it

Not even one star

I was so excited to use this set, but then I realized it was terrible. The photo frame seemed awesome at first, but the top popped right off. Luckily, my family has a hot glue gun which we used. Now it's a mess! Such a waste of money!

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited shipping for merchandise or a gift card order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
