Directions:

Place a stencil black over your design--you can tape the blank down to keep it from moving. Then, use a dark permanent marker to trace the design onto the stencil blank.
Place the black on a protective surface like a pane of glass. Now, hold the cutter like a pencil to trace the design. Apply light, even pressure.

Stencil Cutting Tool

I do face painting for kids partys and make alot of my own stencils & glitter tattoo stencils. Before I got this stencil cutting tool I was using an exacto knife, very time consuming, especially doing the glitter tattoo stencils. I LOVE THIS TOOL! Once I master how to use it, it made my life so much easier when it came to the stencils that Ive made tons more than I would have before this tool! I recommend highly!

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
