Hard

When I bought this for 2 dollars, I was expecting good quality. I bought this blue, the red, the white, and yellow. When I opened it, I tried to tear a piece off. It "broke" off, not tore off. I tried to knead it, but it was so hard that it hurt my hands. Now the next day I tried again but it was hard as a brick. I tried the red, but it did the same. I tried the white, and I could mold it, but even silly putty is softer. I don't know if it was on the shelf at the store too long or what. But I would not reccomend this.

Crumbles

When I bought this I was excited to have pre-colored clay. I squished the package in the store, and it felt decent. But when I got home I opened the package, ripped a piece of, and realized that it was hard as a rock. I tried everything, but nothing worked. I decided I'd look up the return policy but saw that you coud only return "Selling Conditon", items, and since the clay completely crumbled... I probably can't get a refund. Soo... I guess I just got ripped off... I don't trust Hobby Lobby now... wasted my money.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or 1st class mail and can take up to several weeks to arrive.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
