This Vermont Farmhouse dollhouse is easy to build. It has grooved sidewalls for easy assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. It has 3/8" thick walls and upper floors. It has fully assembled railings and front door. The hardwood floor is installed and ready to finish. Classic features include durable gingerbread trim, which is 1/8" thick, movable room dividers, raised panel shutters and door, expertly molded railings and porch posts, flower boxes and detailed staircase, wooden shingles and gable wall. This house has seven rooms and is 24 1/4" wide x 17 5/8" deep x 29 3/8" high. Dollhouse is not pre-painted. Recommended supplies: masking tape, utility knife, glue, fine tooth saw, paints & brushes. ***We are unable to accept returns on opened dollhouse kits.
