Bad Bird house kit

I think you need to give an age appropriate range on this wooden kit. I recently ordered the bird house kit for my Wolf Den to do. I was very disappointed in how difficult it was to complete! The instructions were too hard for 7 year olds to understand. There were no predrilled nail holes, the nails that came with the kit were so AWFUL that they bent with just one wrong pound of the hammer and once they were bent they were completely unusable and you had to pull it out and get another nail. It was an AWFUL first experience for my Wolf cubs!!
Would not recommend it!

Good Craft For Scouts

We use these kits for our Cub Scouts, and we have never had a problem with them. I would suggest you buy a small container of brads if building with young kids though, they tend to bend nails, and there aren't extras in the kits.

Do Not Buy!!

I purchased 45 of these to use for vacation Bible School. The wood is too soft, so when the kids use the hammer the nails from the opposite side are pushed out. The wood is warped. They can not be assembled easily (I am a drafting & design college instructor). Not a good purchase.

International Delivery

We do not accept International orders online.

To place an order with an International billing or shipping address:

You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.

Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.

If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship. International shipping address are excluded from all shipping discounts. All orders shipped to an International location are charged the actual cost of shipping.

Please note that this policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will accept and ship orders to these destinations.

Return Policy

Hobby Lobby Stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days.
Items returned must be in sellable condition. Opened or used merchandise can not be returned.
If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 Ext 1275 before returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
