Washtub Snowbabies

A warm bath is not what little snowbabies need – only ice water on tap today. Fuzzy fleece hats and sparkling snowflakes add fun color to wintry days. Designed by: Lorine Mason

Here's what you'll need

Materials

Styrofoam Ball

Tools

Aleene's Tacky Glue

Pom Poms

Regular All Temperature Glue Sticks

Sequins - Large Snowflake Mix

Additional Items

Mini Metal Washtub

Assorted 5mm half-round beads

Powder Blush

Fleece Fabric Scraps

Pencil

Ruler

Compass or 5" circle template

Scissors

Low Melt Glue Gun W/trigger

1		STYROFOAM™ brand foam: Three 2" balls Six 1" balls Three 2 1/2" eggs
2		Glue 2" ball of STYROFOAM™ brand foam to tip of foam egg to create each snowbaby. Set aside.
3		Cut 5" x 5-1/2" piece from purple/pink fleece; refer to Diagram 1 to cut fabric for hat. Fold hat in half, right sides together; glue seam and let dry. Turn right side out. Fold up 1/2" along bottom edge of hat. Cut and glue several short fleece strips to tip of hat. The pattern is available to print by clicking the PDF button.
