Helpful Hint
Allow to dry between steps.
Trace and transfer shape on purse front.
Paint frosting Carousel Pink.
Paint cupcake base Bahama Blue.
Dip one corner of flat brush in Bahama Blue and opposite corner in Turquoise Blue. Brush back and forth on palette until center is blended shade. Paint under frosting area with Turquoise Blue at top.
Use liner brush and Turquoise Blue to paint vertical lines on cupcake base.
Paint cherry with Festive Red.
Use liner brush to paint sprinkles on frosting with Shimmering Silver, Festive Green, and Festive Red. Use brush handle end and Bahama Blue to make dots.
Trace and transfer lettering.
Use liner brush and Turquoise Blue to paint lettering.
Use permanent marker to outline details.
Seal as desired.
